Mesh-Native To-Do Manager
A local-first task manager that syncs across devices with conflict resolution.
What you'll build
Vertical stack context: DOSFIUniversity (research) → DOSFI Academy (this course) → MeshNativeExchange (publishing & monetizing). Students progress from Learning → Building → Publishing → Monetizing. This module provides a comprehensive technical walkthrough for constructing a Mesh-Native To-Do Manager, a local-first application architecture designed to run on the DOSFI runtime. The curriculum focuses on managing application state through the Vital subsystem, defining task lifecycles via the State Machine, and enforcing data residency using custom Routing Policy configurations. Learners will configure Adapters to synchronize state across the Identity Fabric while ensuring security via established Privacy Tier protocols.
Skills you'll practice
- Implement a local-first task state machine using the DOSFI runtime.
- Configure Routing Policy to define data propagation boundaries.
- Integrate the Identity Fabric for secure, multi-node task management.
- Utilize MeshInfer to handle asynchronous task updates within the Transport Layer.
- Validate application integrity using MNE telemetry.
Before you start
- Proficiency in basic DOSFI runtime architecture.
- Understanding of the Bundle Schema configuration format.
- Fundamental knowledge of the Identity Fabric authentication flows.
