The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately for removal.
9. International Users
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

Shine the Light: California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users to request information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.
Virginia — VCDPA
Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling with significant effects. Submit requests via our contact page. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice).
Colorado — CPA
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. Submit requests via our contact page. We will respond within 45 days.
Connecticut — CTDPA
Connecticut residents have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) including the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. Submit requests via our contact page. We will respond within 45 days.
Texas — TDPSA
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
