Mesh-Native Whiteboard
A real-time collaborative whiteboard with no server — sync drawing state across the mesh.
What you'll build
Vertical stack context: DOSFIUniversity (research) → DOSFI Academy (this course) → MeshNativeExchange (publishing & monetizing). Students progress from Learning → Building → Publishing → Monetizing. The Mesh-Native Whiteboard module provides a comprehensive implementation guide for building distributed, local-first collaboration tools within the DOSFI ecosystem. Participants will traverse the integration of DIU-based state reconciliation, MeshInfer-driven intent processing, and the MNE-mediated Transport Layer to ensure high-fidelity synchronization across fragmented nodes. This curriculum emphasizes the deterministic handling of concurrent state changes using the DOSFI State Machine and strictly defined Bundle Schemas.
Skills you'll practice
- Architecting local-first synchronization using DIU primitives
- Implementing conflict resolution strategies via State Machine constraints
- Configuring Routing Policy for optimal peer-to-peer data propagation
- Validating privacy and identity verification within the Identity Fabric
Before you start
- Intermediate proficiency in asynchronous event-driven architecture
- Understanding of the DOSFI Transport Layer stack
- Prior experience with MeshInfer lifecycle management
