About this course

Vertical stack context: DOSFIUniversity (research) → DOSFI Academy (this course) → MeshNativeExchange (publishing & monetizing). Students progress from Learning → Building → Publishing → Monetizing. This course is for developers who want to go beyond basic inference calls and engineer sophisticated multi-node inference pipelines on MeshInfer. You will learn how to select models for mesh deployment, design pipeline topologies, tune for compute efficiency, monitor pipeline health, and integrate inference outputs into broader mesh-native workflows. This course provides a comprehensive architectural examination of Mesh-Native Inference Engineering within the DOSFI ecosystem. Participants will master the orchestration of inference workflows using DIU (Distributed Intelligence Unit) primitives, navigate the Vital Transport Layer for optimized data transmission, and configure complex Routing Policies for MNE (MeshNativeExchange) integration. The curriculum focuses on deterministic workflow management, privacy-preserving data handling through the identity layer, and the implementation of modular Adapters for heterogeneous model deployment.

What you'll build

  • Design and deploy high-performance DIU workflows across distributed nodes.
  • Implement granular Routing Policies to manage inference traffic within the Mesh-Native environment.
  • Configure secure data propagation using the Vital Transport Layer.
  • Develop custom Adapters to interface with legacy and cloud-native model providers.
  • Ensure compliance through rigid application of the Privacy Tier and Identity Fabric protocols.

Prerequisites

  • Foundational understanding of the DOSFI Mesh-Native architecture.
  • Proficiency in JSON-based Bundle Schema definition.
  • Basic experience with Node state machine orchestration.
  • Familiarity with network protocol abstraction and Identity Fabric authentication.
