The Five Transport Adapters
Identity, Privacy, Routing, Economics, and Audit — the five adapters that govern every bundle's journey.
About this course
Vertical stack context: DOSFIUniversity (research) → DOSFI Academy (this course) → MeshNativeExchange (publishing & monetizing). Students progress from Learning → Building → Publishing → Monetizing. Every bundle that enters the Transport Layer passes through five adapters in a fixed order: Identity, Privacy, Routing, Economics, and Audit. This course explains what each adapter does, why the order matters, and how together they form a predictable pipeline for moving intelligence across the mesh. No adapter is optional; together they guarantee that movement is authorized, private, well-routed, economically settled, and auditable. This course provides an in-depth exploration of the Five Transport Adapters within the Mesh-Native ecosystem of DOSFI. Designed for beginners, it systematically covers adapter roles, routing policies, data flow, and subsystem interactions essential for implementing reliable local-first transport patterns. The module emphasizes architectural principles, data integrity, and subsystem responsibilities to equip learners with practical skills for real-world application development.
